Mission

The mission of the Communications Committee is to develop recommendations, for the Board of Supervisors,  on communications topics, channels and processes to enhance two-way communications in West Pikeland, so that:

§    Residents are informed on topics of interest and importance and

§    The government has the information it needs from residents to govern in their best interests.

Scope of Recommendations

1. Topics—routine inbound communications from residents and outbound communications from the township
2. Channels—electronic, written, posted, advertised, and internet
3. Execution—internal and external resources required to implement recommendations effectively
4. Timing—priorities and suggested phases for implementing recommendations
