PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards, Commissions and Committees of West Pikeland Township will hold their regularly scheduled meetings of 2010 as follows: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Business Meeting Schedule for 2010 to be held at 7:30 p.m. the following dates: Jan. 4, 19, 2010 Aug 16, 2010 Feb 16, 2010 Sept. 20, 2010 Mar.15, 2010 Oct. 4, 18, 2010 Apr. 5, 2010 Nov. 15, 2010 May 17, 2010 Dec. 20, 2010 June 21, 2010 July 19, 2010 PLANNING COMMISSION – Business Meeting Schedule for 2010 to be held at 7:00 p.m. the following dates: Jan. 11, 2010 Aug 9, 2010 Feb. 8, 2010 Sept. 13, 2010 Mar. 8, 2010 Oct. 11, 2010 Apr. 12, 2010 Nov. 8, 2010 May 10, 2010 Dec. 13, 2010 June 14, 2010 July 12, 2010 ZONING HEARING BOARD – will meet as needed or determined by applications the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Board may also conduct any such business for any other matters that may come before them. PARK AND RECREATION BOARD – will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. HISTORIC COMMISSION – will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. HISTORIC ARCHITECURAL REVIEW BOARD - will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. WEST PIKELAND LAND TRUST – will meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. ARTS AND CULTURE COMMITTEE – will meet on the second Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. FINANCIAL REVIEW COMMITTEE – will meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. WINDOLPH KNOLL MASTER PLAN COMMITTEE – will meet as needed or determined on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. OPEN SPACE ADVISORY COMMITTEE – will meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL – will meet on the Third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
All meetings will be held at the West Pikeland Township Meeting Room, 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs, West Pikeland Township Chester County, Pennsylvania.
