The Arts and Culture Committee will advise the supervisors, serve as liaison to the many non-profits in our community, support arts-related organizations, encourage, oversee and assist high quality fine arts and performing arts events at the Cultural Center and generally nurture an arts-friendly atmosphere in West Pikeland.
Want to be a part of world-class arts and culture events in one of the region’s most historic venues?
The Arts and Culture Committee of West Pikeland Township needs your help in selecting and presenting high-quality live performances for township residents, in the beautiful Theatre at Yellow Springs. Since 2006 the Theatre has offered Japanese Taiko drumming, jazz ensembles, classical chamber music, country/folk music and modern dance; we need your help to continue and expand our efforts!
We welcome your input and invite you to join us at our meetings at 4 PM on the second Wednesday of every month, in the Township Building. For more information, call committee member Linda Reichert at 610-827-1848.
