Lionville Station Trade Center: Sketch Plan Withdrawn

From the Uwchlan Township website:

On Monday afternoon, August 14th the Township received a letter from HRMM&L (on behalf of Audubon Land Development Corporation). This letter was to formally withdraw their Sketch Plan Submission for the Lionville Trade Center.

We publicly announced that we’d received this letter at last night’s Board of Supervisor meeting (8/14), and allowed time for public comment at the end of the meeting.

We know there has been a lot of public interest in this submission and wanted to provide some additional information for you.

What does this mean?

The sketch plan submitted to the Township on February 6, 2023, which is an optional part of the land development process, has been withdrawn by Audubon Land Development Corporation. Although withdrawal of the sketch plan was not required, the Township understands that Audubon submitted the letter to make clear that it does not intend to proceed with this plan.

Are there any other applications from Audubon for this property?

No. There are no other subdivision or land development applications currently pending before the Township for this property.
