The Zoning Hearing Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. as needed or determined by applications.
The primary purpose of the Zoning Hearing Board is to help assure fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance by hearing appeals on the zoning officer’s determinations and by granting relief from the literal enforcement of the ordinance in certain hardship situations.
The Zoning Hearing Board has a designated meeting date each month but only meets on an “as needed” basis.
