Welcome Joan!

The West Pikeland Township Board of Supervisors is proud to announce the appointment of Joan Blatcher as our new Township Manager—beginning on April 6, 2026.

Formerly an 18-year resident of West Pikeland who raised her family here, Joan volunteered on the West Pikeland Zoning Board for nearly a decade.  Additionally, she was on the Walnut Lane Park Planning Team when the Park was still open farm land.

Professionally, she offers a wealth of experience from her many years as a corporate attorney for various global pharmaceutical and MedTech companies. From understanding the requirements of a Second Class Township to overseeing administrative operations and facilitating clear communication, Joan is exceptionally well-suited for this role.  We’re confident she will serve West Pikeland with dedication and care.
