NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN WEST PIKELAND TOWNSHIP 2026 BUDGET NOTICE AND THIRD-PARTY AUDITOR NOTICE:

 

West Pikeland Township announces that the proposed budget for 2026 is available Nov 19 through Dec 9, 2025 for public review and inspection at the Township Municipal Building, 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 during regular business hours, MON-THUR 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is also available on the Township website, www.westpikeland.com. The Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of the 2026 budget at the Dec 15, 2025 public meeting which begins at 7:30 p.m. If any person who wishes to review the proposed budget has a disability and/or requires auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to review the document, contact Jennifer Wachsmuth at 610-590-5300, to discuss how those needs may be accommodated. The West Pikeland Board of Supervisors will be naming the firm of Barbacane Thornton and Co. as third-party auditors for the audit of fiscal year 2026 in place of the elected auditors at the organization meeting on Mon, Jan 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m

WEST PIKELAND TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE: MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2026:

 

The Board of Supervisors will meet Mon, Jan 5; Tues, Jan 20; Mon, Feb 2; Tues, Feb 17, Mon, Mar 2; Mon, Mar 16; Mon, Apr 6; Mon, Apr 20; Mon, May 4; Mon, May 18; Mon, Jun 1; Mon, Jun 15; Mon, Jul 6; Mon, Jul 20; Mon, Aug 3; Mon, Aug 17; Tues, Sept 8; Mon, Sept 21; Mon, Oct 5; Mon, Oct 19; Mon, Nov 16; Mon, Dec 7; and Mon, Dec 21, 2026. All meetings will convene at 7:00 p.m. at the township building located at 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs PA.  Cancellations will be posted at www.westpikeland.com. The West Pikeland Township Planning Commission will meet on the second Mon of each month at 6:00 p.m. The Zoning Hearing Board will meet as needed or determined by applications on the first Wed of each month at 7:00 p.m. The Park and Recreation Board will meet the first Thurs of each month at 7:30 p.m. Both the Historic Commission and the Historic Architectural Review Board will meet the second Wed of each month as needed or determined by applications at 6:00 p.m. The Open Space Advisory Committee will meet on the second Thurs of each month at 6:30 p.m. The West Pikeland Land Trust will meet the fourth Mon of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Environmental Advisory Council will meet the first Tues of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Elected Auditors '26 organizational meeting shall take place on Tues, Jan 6, 2026, at 6 p.m.
