Art School Road Bridges Update

We are pleased to share that PennDOT has awarded the Art School Bridges Project to Kingsley Construction, LLC, with a Notice to Proceed anticipated on or about December 8, 2025.

Utility relocation work is expected to be completed by the end of Spring 2026, after which construction will begin with the removal of the first bridge (closest to West Vincent). Work will then proceed to the second bridge (closest to HYS).
