Proposed Toll Mid-Atlantic Development in West Vincent Township

The Toll Mid-Atlantic project proposed in neighboring West Vincent Township includes the construction of 47 single-family homes across five contiguous properties fronting South Chester Springs Road and Conestoga Road.
The development covers roughly 185 acres, with 114 acres planned as preserved open space. Preliminary plans have been submitted and are currently under review, with upcoming public discussions scheduled before the Environmental Advisory Council, Historical Commission, Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors.
West Pikeland Township will be sending a letter to West Vincent outlining concerns—similar to those recently shared with Uwchlan Township regarding the Lionville Station Road development—as this project progresses.
